  1. Returns:
    You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection/delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline at the time of collection/delivery; otherwise the Company reserves the discretion to refuse your claim.
    We gladly accept returns within 2 days (perishable) or 7 days (non perishable) of purchased products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased. Proof of purchase is required.
    We ask that you please check your order upon delivery. If you’re not completely happy with your fresh or perishable products, let us know within 48 hour from your delivery time. If there is any damaged or incorrect grocery product(s) please contact us within 2 days of your delivery date at ([email protected]) or call us at(+6011-2392 8807).
    SemuaOK.com at its sole discretion, will replace of the damaged or in correct product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the in correct product(s).
  2. Exchanges:
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement including any return shipping costs.
  4. Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Werecommend using a trackable shipping method.
    Return are typically processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
